So, there's not a lot of proof/sellers out there right now, but of the stuff currently being sold, most of it is under or at 10 refined, and the sellers at 13 refined are not selling. In a 12 to 8 range with 10 being the most common, I think the item should be bumped down to 10 refined.

Also, before you vote, I'd like to say that yes, I am very new to this. This is only my second suggestion, and my first one wasn't good at all. If you have any pointers or guides you'd like to point me to to help me better as a suggester, feel free to do so. Gathering this info took about 2-3 hours, and I'm not sure if that's enough digging.
