<5% dude close your suggestion I'm afraid and save the mods some time!

The 5% rule was initiated to prevent people spamming incremental and meaningless buyer raises on items that needed a proper raise based on sales. The price being suggested in those cases is no more accurate than the price the item already has, so the suggestion is pointless. In this case, even though it's not 5%, it appears to be the accurate price and it's not gonna get spammed cause it seems pretty stable, so I am making an exception and accepting this. Just posting to explain the reasoning.
