    Occasionally (just like any other item) there are just a few sellers on the market - who are selling at above market rates - but then new sellers enter the market and bring prices back to the norm.

    Also - sellers may be willing to pay more for certain names / items with both a description and name tag, etc.


    Anyway:

        Yes, it's an outlier. Not refuting your proposed price. Just wanted to add a sale made - it doesn't really affect the suggestion as there are sellers at 1 - 2 Ref on Backpack.TF and Outpost.
