With sales of such a huge range, I think that this will do. I decided on 18 flat because 16 had only one duped sale while 18 had a duped and a clean sale. I ruled out 22 and 27 because there are currently 3 listed on the market for under that price. I hope this works, it was definitely a weird collection of sales so if there's anything I missed please point it out.
