why would the range be disgusting? all the duped sales can be ignored and this can be priced off the clean

There are other sales that are significantly under 500. I think it would still be best to price off the clean after that sells, but if you really want to make this suggestion, you should line up all the sales to decide what the range should be. Can't ignore all the lower sales here.
