Meh
Only recent sale
Sold for a circling heart peak

220 capped to 130 from a b/o. (The guy changed his b/o from 130 to 250 over the course of 6 months, but i'm taking 130, as its the lowest.)

Taking 130 as final
The trade with the 130 keys B/O was closed 3 months before the sale, so it doesn't make sense to cap it at that value. Seems like an insane overpay, though.
Edit: the most recent trade with the lowest B/O is this one: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28172203
That guy is banned?
Was banned at the time and his trades were closed. There are many reasons, but being a scammer is not likely.
Yeah, b/os more than 3 months old shouldn't be used for the same reason that we don't allow sales over 3 months old as proof. In that much time, values on items change. Could easily be possible that multiple people added him for the hood and offered him well over 140.
