Purple Energy Hallmark.

This in my opinion this is a bit overpriced... better effects for like another 10 keys.

Suprisingly the only sale I found. but I knew this was a bit overpriced...

Sale is off here. He traded both his PE hats together to a quickbuyer because he was cashing out. Looks like he traded a lot more than 78 keys for the both of them but probably significantly less than 78 for the hallmark alone. Either way, not a valid sale to use here.
