Sold with presidents Cloud Crasher for Blizzardy Storm Well Wrapped Hat, 125 - 14 = 111.

Caped at 80 as that was BO, Hood was duped but raise with dupes is alright.

I got it for <40, but hat sold after couple minutes so definition of a quicksale.

Yours was strange. There's no strangifier for this item, correct?

Unbox-only stranges cannot be used to price the regular version of the item - theyre worth more.

Yeah but hat is retired 1 of 2 dupe (so from 3 of those in game 2 are strange), this is maybe not perfect but it is way better representation of actual hat value. With presidents refreshed at 107–125 i dont see this problematic/outlierish.

I'd be inclined to say "rules are rules" but I see your point. Ill leave it to polar, this is the sort of decision that goes above me.

While there is a rule about not updating with stranges, etc, I think this should be fine.
