Bumping isn't completely irrelevant but not too important, it's based on more than just one factor if a seller should be fine to use or not, in my opinion this should be fine, considering the 3 days old unsold @1.55 who's lister was online quite recently on the site.

I care more for bumping than most, most people would rather go to someone who's active (which can be seen by how recently they bumped their listing) than to someone who is potentially inactive, or may not be selling the item anymore.

There's a quickbuyer at 1.55 now as well, I honestly think 1.66 is fine for now. Might be worth watching those 1.66 sellers otherwise.
