Quicksold for 40 keys in ~2 days.
Note #1: One on market and it's owner is selling it for 70 keys. Unsold for 1,5 months.
Note #2: In the first sale owner put 47 keys as price and spent ~2 weeks to sell it (still not for pure).
No other sales found. Suggesting new price of 47 keys.
Let me know what you think about that. I am open to any thoughts.
Still none on market, no more recent sales.
He closed that trade up quickly - the one where he listed the b/o at 47 - and reopened here - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28269736
I'm not sure if he would have taken 47 pure at the time he sold it.

In this case, I'm not sure 47 in pure fully represents the value of the item either in the trade or generally. I think it would be best to wait for another sale here. The person ended up getting 70 in pure from the hat
