1) Your own judgement of this hat being a "common misc" is completely irrelevant.

2) If this happens to be the only valid sale, then the fact there are 20 in existence is also irrelevant. There could be 60, if this trade is the only recent and valid one, the suggestion works.

I agree that the current 45 key price on this isn't very accurate, here's one that I personally purchased a little while back in June that I still own. Got it for 65 keys, the only other seller at the time which had one wanted 63 keys and it had a terrible history on it so I picked my one over it.

Alright, lets be real here, There has been ONE sale for 70 keys, the rest of them are usually around 50-55. (HUR HUR, ONE WAS SOLD 4 70 KEYS, SHOULD BE UPDATED FOR ALL 27 OF THEM TO COST 70 KEYS, hurdy hurdy hurrr)
