Buyer @10.22 should be fine to use imo.

10.22 is definetly not the common trading point. 9.77 is the correct price.

Again, why do you say that out of nowhere?

All sellers below it are young and buyer is a multi buyer.

I'm clearly not saying this out of nowhere. I have valid reasons for things that I say.

1) Definitely disagree there, 1 week unsold @10.88 is being ignored for no reason.

2) As mentioned previously, all are young

3) He's a day old

10.88 was clearly not the common trading point. It was one seller vs 10+. Anyway, it sold or was taken down, definetly the right decision on Cashew's part.
