I was waiting to see if that seller for 2 keys in the classies was going to bump and suggest with a range, but it's been 2 days now, so it's invalid.

Unbumped doesn't directly mean invalid, he has been online less than a day ago and is therefor not completely invalid, imo 2 should be in the range.

I'm assuming they treat backpack.tf listings the same as Outpost listings in that way. A lot of people (myself included) don't even bother wasting time sending a trade offer from a listing that hasn't been bumped recently.

Not exactly, you have to be a donator/premium user on backpack.tf to even be able to bump your listing, therefor it doesn't directly make the listing invalid.

You can still relist them without premium. I've seen a few suggestions accepted that handled this kind of thing the same way. I'll leave it up for now and resuggest if a mod says I should have a range.
