That is incorrect, quicksales aren't necessarily for pure.

The whole purpose of selling a hat for much lower than its "real" value is to get pure, or items that are easier to sell for pure. The hat might have sold quickly, but it is not considered a "quicksale" because it didn't sell for pure.

That doesn't mean that the sale isn't an outlier. This suggestion will most likely be left open for a while because of that.

Hats can very well be quicksold for unusuals, e.g. lower tier unusuals which are super easy to sell.

That's a very particular case. Sales where a high tier, expensive hat sells for a bunch of lower tier unusuals are rare and fall inside the "items that are easier to sell for pure" category. That's far from being the case here.

Im quite sure if someone listed this for 40 keys - it would be up for maybe a couple minutes before sale..
