Summary
- Sales for 48, 55 and 70 (all pure).
Going with 48-70 keys. Range is big, but honestly i can't find a way to exclude any sale here: a) It sold quickly for 70 and a seller rejected 70, b) It took a while to sell for 48 and 55, c) There is a seller for 65 right now, d) They are all full pure sales.

Eh, i'm not too sure here. The sales you're going to use for the outdated hats(Stormy Veil + Bonzo Harmburg) don't really support 70 being in the range. If we're going for the deviation of the median, there's sales at 48, 55, ~45 . ~60(using outdated prices for these two) and 70.
And the veil sale had a B/O of 60: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28432883 which would bring us at B/Os of 55, 60, 62 and 65.
70 might've just been a lucky sale for which the buyer was ready to overpay on(note the sombrero + bicorne + pistol offer which should be ~100 at least), so given all of this I think it's fair to call it an outlier. 48-55 would be way better here.
