Was unsold for 2+ months for 20 keys and finaly sold.

Note: Current owner is "quickselling" it for 23 keys. That aint even funny.

You'll need to wait a month or until the current owner sells it to price this.

Julia is correct (kinda), to price an unusual 2 sales are usually required, that is unless the current owner is a collector or the item hasn't resold in a month, leaving this open and waiting for this to become valid is perfectly fine though.
