Well, SugarFreeCookies is banned on Outpost and probably had it listed on classies. He had it for 8 days after buying it from the Scrap.tf bot.
Sale 5 is very close to 13 as well, plus this thing has been dumped on Scrap.tf two different times. I actually considered leaving 18 out of the range :P
