Isn't it omelette au fromage? I always forget thanks to Dexter.
Well, the correct one is "omelette au fromage", but on 9gag or stuff like that, people keep saying "omelette du fromage" on purpose when referring to french stuff, as it comes from.. somewhere, I don't remember what exactly. :p
