Decided to pick this one up. Going with a flat value.

Looks good! Shortstop could be classed as a bit more really but this is really expensive for a 2nd gen engi Unusual (Bubbling isn't really a desired effect) That has surprised me!

how can a bubbling effect rise up alot?is this a misc or what?

Well, it's not "rising" since it's the first time it's priced. But I think that's because this one is super rare or something? Cuz this cosmetic looks useless :p

Edit: right, there are more unusual sleeveless in siberia than this hat. That's just how rare it is.

now i understand why its worth alot.this hat was never an unusual before the MYM update.but soon like 1 year later there should be more in existence.but then again some will be with strange quality.upvote
