      2. He's not refreshing, he's widening the range, which iirc is allowed.


      The sale seems like an outlier, though, since there's 1 week and 2 month unsolds at 1.4 keys on the Classifieds. Neutral.

      Don't get why this is up.


      The item that the suggester is using as sale has Strange Cosmetic Part: Assists on it.


      This pretty much discounts the sale as proof as extra payment might've been added due to the Strange Cosmetic Part: Assists.


      And there's no proof of sellers/unsolds at 1.4 Keys, so I don't get why the suggestion is 1.4 Keys.
