The amount of time all the listings for this item has been unsold coupled with 2 sellers at 10 Refined justifies a drop to 10 Refined for me.

I am fully aware that there are only 3 trades for 10 Refined, but the overwhelming amount of unsolds at every other price leads me to believe this is fine.

11 QSed. the 10 seller on classies (same as one of your OP sellers) seems completely inactive, and the other 10 is fully unbumped. I think this needs a more conservative drop
