So I noticed one has been uncrated a month and a half ago, knew someone was collecting Katyuschas so planned to buy it for cheap then sell it for an incredible amount of keys ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27713704 a particle luger for it?), but it didn't go as planned...

- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred."

Sales which occured at the time were ~25€ = 11 keys (I don't remember the trade offers I made to him, but it was at least 3 times this amount --')

So noticed it popped up on SCM again but couldn't bet 90€ on a Hoovy's Unu (doubt I could get the particle Luger for it)

Buyer's high-end : 88.85/2.2 = 40 keys

Seller's low-end : 88.85/2.2/1.15 = 35 keys
