1 Rec change should be fine here. This clearly needs a decrease as it hasn't been sold @13 ref for 5+ days.

Other people have said on other posts "Unnecessary change" yet it has still gone through.

I agree, I disagree strongly with the current "must be more than a 5% change in price" rule, it's so badly defined and used so loosely.

While I wholeheartedly disagree with the rule it's still a rule, all suggestions I've made above 11 Refined that's been 1 Reclaimed change in the past got declined due to being less than a 5% change.

I wish that rule got re-worked or defined a lot better.

Other than that I still think this change should be fine. S. MMPoS clearly needs a change and 12.66 ref has the most support (as of yet) to show that people aren't willing to pay 13 ref for this hat.

If the item hasn't let's say, sold for 1 rec under the current price within an aged time, then it shows that the community are not willing to pay that price. Mods will accept it if they support the reason and can see what the community choose also.

This is definitely fine, mind linking some of the suggestions of yours that were rec changes and got declined?
