Where did u get that 9-10 range?

also that spec ks black box is 2.3 keys which rounds off to 2 key

first sale is also 10.5 which rounds off to 11 not sure

and i think that 9 key b/o is maybe a outlier as theres alot of sales at 10

The sales here are 8, 9 (BO capped) and 10. (in sale 2 its 6 keys instead of 5, but 8 is the correct number there). If people are selling it below 9, then it is clear that buyers @9 for any effect are either not clear enough (i.e sellers cant find them), or that the buyers exclude certain effects despite not saying so. 2 of the 3 sales here are at or below 9; Im okay excluding 8 here because of the abundance of buyers at 8, but 9 in the range here doesnt really look bad.

If 9 is indeed too low, then future sales will prove it, but until then, this will be fine.

In such a situation you should only round the final outcome to a whole number. If you wouldnt do that, sale 1 would be 12,5 (rounds to 13) - 2.3 (rounds to 2) = 11, whereas the actual values are 12.5 - 2.3 - 10.2 (rounds to 10). Using 10 for this sale is correct.
