$400 on scm not paypal, keys aren't $1.80 on scm. they are around $2.40-$2.49

well that sale is a clear outlier considering the sellers for lower.

hats for sale on scm are perfectly fine to use especially when being advertised on outpost as well. (and it's clean for around 160 keys after tax, would be lower before tax, and hasn't sold in a week)

also, how is the trade badly bumped?
