Sale #1 took 3 days to sell and isn't that far apart from the other sales, I think using it here should be considered.

Sale used here took 3 days to sell, was a full pure sale while this is one here is full items, outliers are supposed to be determined by the deviation from the mean, not necessarily by the time they take to sell, time is only a factor.
66 is actually closer to 70 than 75.
it doesnt really matter if that's included or not. Its supportive for the drop and for the suggested range.
It supports the drop but it is below the suggested range, shouldn't it be simply included in the range?

well it sold really fast. One could argue it would be low because its a quicksale.
GIven how close it is to the other sales, Im not against including it, but its definitely not wrong not to include it.
Also on a side note: in your example, it didnt sell in 3 days. That took multiple weeks to sell. If it didnt, id probably have closed it.
