Buyers on SCM counter 14 keys being accurate, and while 23 is high, it's far more accurate than 14 keys. Rolling with 15-23 keys, using the lower sales to emphasize that this needs a range.
And you don't think 23 is an outlier?
Nah. 23 is not an outlier.
If anything i'd love for this to be 23 flat based on that SCM buyers still pay around the same as the low end, if not a little bit more, but the high magnitude of sales at less prove that a range is still necessary. This suggestion should be fine.
