Bought for a clean darkblaze titanuim pillar of hats (95) all of the weps are pro ks: a vintage lunger, strange festive flaregun, strange diamond scattergun and a key. All capped at 130k

His buy out was 130 so I am am guessing he valued everything at it also he may had valued it more due to the sheens and parts which were little

Because the seller accepted an offer does not mean it caps at his buyout. He may have accepted just because he liked the items, wrongly valued the items, or had a hard time selling and accepted to settle for less than he was initially expecting. :)

Yeah BP.tf needs to remove the red eyes from the image, pretty misleading.

The sale you linked is ~120, so 120-125 could work here
