Good question. I looked, and could find no sellers for less than 21 anywhere, and the SCM prices agreed with that. Lots of sellers at 22 in the classifieds, and only one (slightly) lower at 21, which generally happens when items are selling at that price. Base Strange Festive Scatter is 16, and a Pro kit is ~$40 on the SCM, so I saw no reason to doubt 21. If that's not good enough, I could look around and try to find something more, but I didn't want to get into making minis and junk if I didn't need to.

the proof isnt too good.you should take a picture showing the effect and exterior of the weapon.or else people can jut say you are manipulating.also there should be more of these in existence so try doing a bit more research of these.

Thanks for the feedback! To answer your first point, I don't think anyone would suspect me of manipulating, because that's silly...and even if they did, a simple look in my backpack history and/or the history of the buyer would show that the trade is indeed what I claim it is. However, I can easily upload a screenshot proving it, if it's really necessary.

As for there being more of them, you have to remember that each effect and wear combination represents a separate item, and all of them are irrelevant to this suggestion unless they have the identical wear and effect. That's not to say this is definitely a 1:1 item, but it's not surprising that a search of OP, Bazaar, and a Premium search on backpack.tf found none.

Thanks for that! I see that one's got a Pro KS. I don't know the intricacies of unusual suggesting very well, so answer me this (You or anyone who knows and is kind enough to share) :

For the purposes of this suggestion, is that considered the same item, when the gun is ~40 keys and the Pro KS kit in question is ~$40 on the SCM (roughly half the price of the unusual itself)? In other words, do I need to close/change my range based on that, or would it fall more into the 'supporting evidence' category?

I think the sale on the pro ks one roughly supports your suggestion here. Sometimes we have allowed suggestions on pro ks ones if no wep exists without the killstreak. But in situations like this, the suggestion should be based on the wep without a killstreak if one exists.
