<5% and all of your sellers are unbumped, this proof seems too weak to force a <5% change.
It's exactly 5% https://www.google.co.uk/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#safe=strict&q=4.55%2B5%25
No but they're both bots and both valid, regular bumping shouldn't effect it enough so that sales don't go through. Bumping shouldn't be require when quickbuying as the seller looks for you and searches your exact item. Imo It's not that important to have a buy listing but is if your selling so people notice the listings.
You're calculating it wrongly, just do: 4.55*0.05 and you have 5% of 4.55, this is <5%.
And yes, bumping does matter, traders generally prefer people who clearly look active (which bumping indicates) and are willing to receive a little less refined for their item if they know that they can expect their trade to be accepted very fast.
I do 4.55 + 5% = 4.7775 (4.77)
And do they really? I don't think they do want a little extra for a active buyer as they are both 24/7 bots
Is it that hard to understand? 4.55*0.05 = 0.2275
This means a change has to be at least 0.2275 to be >=5%.
90% of those "bots" are either not working or not actually bots, which leads to well bumped buyers being prefered in some cases.
You gotta round up, not down. Making it 4.78, so technicaly, that's not a 5% change.
