sold for a Orbiting Planets Dead Cone(11), a Terror-Watt Hound Dog(15) and a key in sweets (the skins arnt involved)= 27

No, it needs a mini because it's 2 years outdated.

Below 30 keys don't matter if duped or not if i remember correctly.

EDIT: Should that sale be used to price the Cone mby ?

Doesn't hurt to make a mini for a duped version even if it's updated, no matter the cost of the said hat.

That's why i said it doesn't need a mini because of that rather than you cannot do a mini. Good point though.

Mini or not, should be fine as theres also a 27 pure sale here. That duped cone wont be that far off; at this level, dupes barely matter.
