Thats ~75; guess that can be used for now if you want to update it now. There are no other usable exchanges on the billy.

I'm not sure what to do here as there's a sale @ 93 ish If I were to re-suggest what price/range would be best as the sales are higher than backpack.tf price but there's a big range between them

if by the 93 sale you mean the billy+nano sale:

You cant use that unless you use it as I did in the comment above. At least one of those two hats (the billy) has no other usable sales, thus no possible individual minis. Since it sold together with the nano (exact same hats that were traded for the sns) for a GE noir, logo phantom and 2 keys (~75 total), you could mini both hats together at 75.

Woudl that make a range of 75 to 96? That is a bit wide

the 96 sale here is too complex to use. that would mean youre going to use a 300 key hat to determine a <100 key hat's price.

We dont use such sales as its really hard to figure out what the sns' value would be in such a sale. There's multiple items involved, and all of their prices are estimates. Relatively small deviations that fall within the margin of error for a larger hat are far more significant for a hat that's 3x cheaper

It doesn't matter how "complex" the sales are as it's still a sale! The unusual is still worth X even if theres 200 items in the trade the point of a suggestion is to find the best value for it and being 2 sales in the 90-100 region this needs an update around that price. People are prepared to pay that so that's what the price should be!

it does, though.

Say an unusual has a range of 275-325. It'd be priced at 300; both ends could have been rounded up or down ~10 keys as that's common practice for hats of that value.

Now translate that through to a hat worth ~100 keys. if the sale would have been close to the low or high end respectively, you'd get values of 75-125, and that's even leaving out the rounding that could cause the range to be wider.

For a hat ~300 keys, this difference may seem irrelevant, but for a ~100 key hat, it suddenly would have a range equal 50% of its value, between which the sale would fall. In more extreme cases, you get sales that would give a hat a negative value, or hats with sales at 10, 10, 10 and 40 or something. These sales almost exclusively end up being outliers, and that is exactly why they should not be used here.
