Sale:

Sold for a Cauldron Bubbles Whoopee Cap and 4 keys.

Only other recent inventory move was presumably SCM related.

Rolling with 34 keys, based on the Whoopee Cap's middle range on https://backpack.tf/suggestion/57e84bcf83de6b1aec0471ff .

I think you calculated wrongly here, the open suggestion on the Cap puts it at 31.5 keys.

31.5 + 4 = 35.5

Which makes this sale 36 keys.
