Blizzardy Storm Antlers

I recently bought my blizzardy storm antlers with those items:

PE Trophy Belt (69 in date) + Burning Flames L'inspecteur (61 outdated) + Haunted Ghosts Chief (33 outdated) + Hot Professional Killstreak Lightning Rod Shotgun (Field-Tested)(??) + Energy Orb Professional Killstreak Night Terror Scattergun (Field-Tested)(??) + Strange Professional Killstreak Australium Flamethrower (~28) + Strange Professional Killstreak Australium Tomislav (~20) + Strange Professional Killstreak Gunslinger (~25) + Strange Professional Killstreak Carbonado Rocket Launcher MK.I(13) + Strange Professional Killstreak Kritzkrieg(24) + Strange PDA (7.2) + Professional Killstreak Big Kill(7) + Strange Snack Attack(3.5) + Black BMOC(~4) + 2 keys(2) + 18 festivizers (~14)

B/O of this hat was 250. All those items together are worth more than 250 for sure, that's why the price capped the B/O.

Minis needed for those unpriced/outdated/killstreaks

I don't know why he's getting downvotes for this comment, he's correct. You will have to mini a shit ton of these things, especially unpriced weapons.

All those items (without those 2 unusuals weapons) worth 300 at the current price. Even if we take 50 keys off the price + those 2 unusuals weapons, it's still caps the B/O of 250 keys.

Minis needs to be posted as extra/helpful/alt for sales (Note : all sales/minis should be posted)

Not necessarily, if a sale clearly caps at the B/O then there is no NEED to mini outdated hats (it's better in most cases though), but some stuff (most importantly the unpriced weapons) should definitely have a mini here, to show that this sale does actually cap.

All those things are priced at 300 (without those 2 unusuals weapons), I counted them at 0 keys. Even with those 2 unusuals weapons at 0 keys and if I remove 50 keys off the other stuff (which is a lot) It stills caps the B/O right?

Well, not necessarily, you surely overvalued some stuff here (most importantly the killstreaked aussies, you use the lowest valid seller on the classifieds for their price).

Here is how I would value the individual items:

Purple Energy Trophy Belt: 69 keys

Burning Flames L'Inspecteur: 61 keys (outdated)

Haunted Ghosts Chieftain's Challenge: 33 keys (heavily outdated)

Strange Professional Killstreak Australium Flame Thrower: 24 keys

Strange Professional Killstreak Australium Tomislav: 15 keys

Strange Professional Killstreak Gunslinger: 19 keys

Strange Professional Killstreak Carbonado Rocket Launcher MK.I: 12 keys

Strange Professional Killstreak Kritzkrieg: 19 keys

Strange PDA: 7 keys

Professional Killstreak Big Kill: 7 keys

Strange Snack Attack: 4 keys

BMOC: 4 keys

18 Festivizers: 10 keys

2 keys: 2 keys :P

= 286 keys

That's without the unusual weapons, fairly certain it hits the cap here.

Could you please either:

1. Provide proof of the B/O at the time of the sale.

2. Let the buyer confirm the B/O throught Steam chat/commenting here (the latter would be better).
