If two sales are discrepant a third sale has to occur to determine the outlier, nothing else suggests that either sale is an outlier here so we'll have to wait for more sales.
if I get offers above or around current price, would that prove the low being an outlier? i know i can get more than what's paid in this sale. the player shown here in question is a Prem player for sniper in HL so they don't really trade for profit or value, which is why I know this is low.
If you manage to collect offers above the other sale's value then you will be able to call the other sale an outlier.
As a note for below, you'll need multiple offers, not just 1 (this is to show that the offer itself isn't ridiculous).

This will need a third sale, the two sales are very discrepant here.
