No sellers at the moment except for one i bought for overpay in (20-21 keys in item)

Bought it and 69 ref(no joke,really 69 ref)

And not counting the half of the price of the green paint and the ref it would do 4 keys so it would be 17 keys

I don't really understand what this is but:

1. Overpay doesn't apply anymore, if you paid 20.5 keys in items and there's no B/O then you suggest @21 flat (rounding .5 to 1)

2. You can't make a range with a single sale.
