History on the minigun doesnt match. It was either sold for keys prior to the sale (in which case the sale was ~27), or it was involved and was resold instantly after by the buyer (in which case the sale is 28)

Interesting fact:

Both '39' sales here are the same buyer. The other sales here are 20, something probably lower than 20, ~27-28(depending on whether or not the minigun was directly traded or sold for keys, you can assume either here), ~30, ~30 and ~35. (both 30s need minis).

I'd probably call the ~20s and the ~39s outliers, mini the two ~30 sales (odds are the bubbling hats sale is goin to be ~27-28 as well so that your low end wont be depending on that uncertain minigun sale), and make a range with those
