Sale 1: My B/O was 42, but he agreed to do 47 keys pure because I agreed on reserving it to them.

Or maybe 42-47 since we've got B/Os at 42 and 45 and a sale at 47?

45-47 is better here since your sale was a pure sale

5 keys was a service cost for reserving the item. Does not factor into the item's intrinsic value.
