This hat isn't rare at all, with more than ten in existence, and on top of that, it's hard to see from a distance... this is a terrible effect on an okay hat... it should not be 38 keys...
This is my first suggestion so... go a bit easy...
By that logic, Australium Frontier Justice should be 1 key and not 10 keys because theres so many in existance and you cant even see the gold part til you are right on the enemy, right?
There are things that help hats change in price called evidence.. you should really consider using some to support your point if you feel it's accurate. It does need to be updated, but rarity has nothing to do with the price in the sense of being 38 keys currently, and that was used by evidence 8 months ago
