I mean, it is a raise. the buyer could easily get one from the bots. therefore, the highest buyer would be 8.44
The buyer is buying and reselling for profit.
True. I guess I'm still neutral, though, since one unbumped buyer buying at the price bumped bots are selling for is weak.
