History of keys don't match.

I tried to do this one too. It may have been a cash sale.

Keys were most likely bought from someone else and traded right away for the Slug. Most of Medusa's sales have been like that as far as i can tell.

There isn't anything else worth that much leaving the seller's backpack, so the keys had to be involved with the Slug. Near ID matches with all of them.

The sale was $240 paypal it seems:
