Sold for 200 keys pure
= 200 keys
Seller wanted 230 keys initally, decided to quicksell it because I didn't have enough free keys to go that high and we agreed on 200 after.
Was just offered a Clean Beams Modest which I declined. 200 is too low for this, enough proof for you? https://gyazo.com/b2235c825325dc2fcbea967297b5051f
Just because you decline an offer doesn't disprove anything.
Funny how it works. All good.
Do you have any other offers to report? One or two more offers higher than 200 and I think it's enough to show 200 is not representative of value.
Starstorm Insomnia Cotton Head - https://gyazo.com/fd28f9ed295626b367ad84f6c782ac65 which I doubt is higher than 200. If you decide to go ahead with the suggestion, i'll update the price if/when a new sale occurs.
Yeah, updating it later might be best. I think all of us believe 200 is going to be low, but without something solid to really show it's an outlier, we usually end up reporting the sales as is. They get updated later after they resell. And the market will be slow now with all the halloween effects going around, so my guess is you probably won't get the offer you are looking for until closer to Christmas.
Really low :)
Based on?
Logic, and the seller's cashing out.
There's no proof at all that the seller was cashing out
Two things: his very pseudo, which is weak on its own, but further supported by what the buyer, Bradley, explained just above. If anything, you and the suggester will have a hard time proving this was not a cashing out sale.
Lol it would make complete sense for bradley to want to stop his hat from lowering... The sale doesn't have to be quicksale for him to say it is.
I believe that, given the lack of evidence on bradley's side, that there is no reason at all for this to be considered as a cash out :/ Not to mention the last sale was 2 years ago so this suggestion in itself seems more than fair for a 2 year outdated price
So it is acceptable to have a lack of evidence from one side, but not from another? There is no evidence this was not a quicksale. 200 keys seems low based on common sense. It might be acceptable, it's not completely ludicrous, but there are several parameters suggesting this was indeed a quicksale. You can't rule out what's only suitable for you. The way it is outdated doesn't matter. As a matter of fact, 240 sounds much more accurate than 200. A second sale will be needed here, this won't pass on its own. "lol".
It's also getting quite annoying that every single time the owner of the hat comes to talk about what actually happened, they directly get their credibility destroyed. Sgt. Bradley is rich enough not to give a damn about a 40 keys decrease, and also experienced enough to understand that even if this were to get priced 200, he could still sell it for a lot more. Just because some people do use this website to manipulate prices, just because some others think it is the world's end when their hat's price is decreased, does not mean it is the case of everyone. I'd even say it's unpolite to bluntly imply "let's not give a shit about what he says" because he happens to own the hat. And far too easy to prove your point.
There doesn't need to be proof that it wasn't a quicksale, lol.
You are being very illogical, there's certain criteria that needs to be met for a sale to be considered a quicksale, this criteria is not met and therefor this is clearly not a quicksale. There won't be any more sales required for this to pass as there is simply nothing that would indicate that this is low.
Right, I'm so illogical that I so happened to be wrong every single time regarding controversial suggestions lately. Oh wait, that's the opposite. How funny.
You decided that the criteria are not met, by yourself. You have no proof of it. This seems low, this is suspicious, the buyer does declare it was a quicksell, the seller is in a cashing out phase. There are no Outpost trade that would prove it spent a lot of time trying to sell at 200. This will need a second sale.
This is literally 40 keys lower than a 2 year old price and you are calling this "suspiciously low" lmao.
You are wrong so often, I don't even understand why you keep disagreeing.
You should read this: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-guide-for-unusual-price-suggestions/
It clearly explains what a quicksell is, this won't need a second sale mate.
"You are wrong so often" Waiting for a suggestion that eventually went the other way I said it would, or that wasn't proven wrong shortly after, lately. There's none. Get your facts straight before needlessly going personal, you're being lame. If you can't fathom that suggestions are here to talk about the hats and not the people debating about it, you might as well quit suggesting and become a professional hater. I actually sent a paypal customer towards you two days ago because I knew you are trustworthy and bp.tf disagreementd are one thing, not everything, but apparently you're not looking at it the same way.
If quoting the rules as if I was a beginner and belittling my understanding of how this all works with absolutely no basis are your lines, you're no better than a petty troll. Such a waste, if only you understood knowing suggesting rules perfectly and having an actual understanding of unusuals are both needed, not just the first one, you could be mod-material right now.
Good news for you though: that's the last time I'm commenting on your suggestions. Saves trouble, and I'm getting very tired of being talked to as if I didn't know shit even though I obliterate you in term of unusual trading experience. Whatever.
I bet you would be totally against this if it was your sale. Lets get some facts straight. 1. I only pay full pure for either quicksales or something I desperately need for my set. 2. Everyone here arguing "this is the only sale in a long time so it can be used" knows that this veil will easily sell for more. Whatever happened to "suggesting prices to best reflect an item's value". Check this out: http://imgur.com/2ioH5XQ Doesn't bother me whether or not this suggestion passes, just hate seeing nice hats undervalued all the time.
It's not a quicksell for god's sake, it didn't sell quickly so it can't be a quicksell, outliers are determined by the variation from the mean which means that if more sales which deem this sale to be an outlier happen this sale won't be used, unless that is the case this is fine.
=( wouldve paid 210
tfw you have 0 keys
If i had that much :P
Lol there's no proof at all that the seller was quickselling it
Seems to be very low, i would probably pay more in pure. Down-voting this.
This was a quicksell. 230 was my initial price, only dropped because I'm cashing out.
