Went through and looked at the Bicorne/Gym Rat sale and found a mini on the Gym Rat.

Sale 1:

Sold for 7 keys and a bunch of items.

Sold for a Strange MW Flash Fryer, Strange Spec. KS Huntsman, and a painted Crone's Dome.

Looking at sales on the Flash Fryer, it's about 4.4 (seller's end)-5 (buyer's end), or 4.7 keys.

Sale 4 would cap at B/O, or at the very least be close enough to B/O. I'm not comfortable on using sale 2, and sale 3 roughly supports the low end. Rolling with 9-10 keys.
