Previous suggestion is indate (and takes >1 month to go outdated), really don't see any reason for a refresh here.
I'm refreshing because this hat is 1:4 in the world, and the current price is based on the 1:1 strange miami val. This suggestion will value the miami val based on the non-strange version.
Nothing changes, it still displays the same value.
You're correct in the sense that refreshing an in-date hat is invalid, however, the previous suggestion should not have been accepted.
But it has been and now the price is the same as the one you're suggesting.
Oh well, I'll leave this up to a mod.
