This guy has listed the hat for sale at 14 keys for the last month or so. No screenshots or anything about when he started but I remember seeing it

once he bought the hat. There is also a quickbuyer buying for 10.43 keys.

Therefore taking sale 1 as a quicksell, and taking the range as 12-13 keys.

Doesn't feel right so please correct me if I'm wrong.
