Julia bought it for 20 keys pure, then sold (in 1 week) for 35 keys unusual. Imo there is no need to keep 20 in range due fast sale for ~30 keys

      Not really enough to call 20 an outlier based on what you have here. But a declined 25 pure offer here - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28408433 (later sold to a collector with two other bone domes) - suggests that MAYBE 30 flat is okay. Will go with the votes.
