There are more buyers above your suggested price than at it, 13 is much more likely to be a common trading point than 12.88, seeing as this needs a larger raise anyways (indicated by SCM and sellers) it would probably be better to go for a value that is actually closer to the actual value (either 13 or 13.11), but this will probably get accepted as "close enough". However I don't really see your reasoning behind ignoring the buyers for more, at least 2 of them are multi buyers, staying neutral.
