no minis are needed for this anyways, but that just seems like something he pulled out of his ass
I was told that if a hat was below 30 it didn't need a mini, I asked foamy and he said if its outdated it still needs one, sorry for the confusion.
I think there should be a new hat cooldown of like a week or two. Nobody should be pricing these with few sales and tons of hype

I'd wait for more sales before suggesting this. It hasn't been a full week yet since the new effects were introcudced.
Again, as everyone else has stated and you should know now. Pricing of the new effects shouldn't happen untill at least the last few days or after the event is over due to the unknowing amount of hats with said effect that will get unboxed.
I said I agree, I'll resuggest when it's past nov 9th, by if no more get unboxed and these sales are good after that then it should be fine.
