Bought this hat for 4refined. On steam market it's priced around $0.40.

And on Outpost are buyers currently looking for offers.

So yeah i think we can start this hat with a new price at 4ref

Plus there is a seller at 4.33

There is only one buyer Bonno and he doesn`t even have one Spooktackles buyed or sold (i guess). But why not i think it could maybe work 4-5ref. I only sayed it`s a bit too high for 4-5ref.
