Thanks for the suggestion, but this does not meet the criteria of pricing off a single sale. New effects require at least two sales to set a new value. There are multiple on the market and more sales will happen. It would be misleading to price it off any 1 sale.

While you have a second sale that one is not useable right now as you said so the requirement is still not met.
